Our apartments in Maremma can host up to 6 people and they are all independent one floor cottages equipped with up-to-date services.
They all have a private backyard and front-garden surrounded by hedges, a porch with table and chairs, air conditioning and a kitchen area with everything you need to cook your favourite dishes.
They all offer linens and covers changed once a week.
Reception
Our reception is open every day. The team of our residence will provide you with all the information you need to explore Maremma on your own or to arrange every kind of guided tours. We arrange: tourism fishing days out, quad excursions, horse rides, Butteri shows and short cruises in the Tuscan Archipelago (Mount Argentario, Giglio Isle, Giannutri, Elba and Capraia).
Swimming Pools
For those who do not feel like going to the beach every day, Residenza Principina Residence features two swimming pools surrounded by nature and by a solarium, equipped with beach umbrella and chaise longue. One of the swimming pools provides a Jacuzzi, where you can cool down and relax after your walks and excursions in the countryside. We also have a 80 cm deep swimming pool for your children. Our swimming pools are open between 10 am and 7 pm and equipped with showers and toilets.
Bar
The Bar-Cafeteria is the meeting point of the Residenza Principina in Maremma: here many activities are organized, such as entertainment evenings, tastings and poolside aperitifs, to spend fun moments in company.
At the bar every morning you will find hot pastries for breakfast.
In the afternoon, ice creams, hot and cold snacks, long drinks, aperitifs are served comfortably at the outdoor tables in the area facing the pool.
Playground
Close to the bar and the swimming pool – aside from the apartments to avoid any noise – children can have fun in the free playground, featuring games, while a dedicated area is available for the youngest ones.
The children playground is protected by a fence and is equipped with some of the nicest and safest games for your children: wooden tower with a slide and a climbing, two swings with a cage seat, tic-tac-toe game and two funny spring rocking chairs with a sheep and a motorbike.
Family Holiday
Maremma, with its several beaches and crystal clear waters, unspoiled nature and its wild animals has always been one of the favourite destinations for families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday with their kids.
Residenza Principina has a special formula for people who intend to spend a family holiday in the Maremma: baby menus, playgrounds and swimming pools for children are only some of the many special services meant for the families.
Pet Friendly Holiday
The Staff of Residenza Principina love animals. They have been a part of our ecosystem and our environment through the centuries and this is the reason why we welcome guests that take a pet with them.
We have different services specifically meant for them in order to leave you free to move and respect the other guests at the same time.

Weitläufige und gemütliche Anlage im Ranchstil. Swimmingpool im Mai noch nicht warm. Staubige Zufahrtstraße und Parkplatz. Das Auto ist nach einem Tag staubig, dass man eine Waschstraße braucht. Sehr freundliches Personal.Ruhige Lage.

Sehr schöne Anlage in ruhiger Lage, Meer in der Nähe
Die Anlage liegt etwas abseits, jedoch dadurch sehr ruhig. Völlig ohne “äußere Einflüsse”. Sie wirkt durch die Anzahl der Appartements auf den ersten Blick überlaufen, was im Juli in keinster Art und Weise der Fall war. Selbst der Pool war nicht überlaufen.
